Working with Heather-Lee has been a transformative journey for me. Through this process, and with her guidance and the RootsEFT technique, I have refined my mindset and am learning a new technique to help me stay grounded and positive. I’m thrilled to say that I rarely have negative thoughts about myself anymore.

I am rediscovering my authentic self, gradually moving away from the need to please others. Additionally, I’ve learned many ways to love myself, trust my feelings, and listen to my inner wisdom. I respond to the feelings of the ‘abandoned child’ within and am protective of her now, which has been empowering for me.

I also feel a sense of freedom, especially as I have moved beyond fantasizing and obsessive thoughts about a man who is unhealthy for me. Furthermore, as I make major changes, leaving behind a long-standing marriage, tapping on my remaining sadness has been incredibly helpful in moving on.

I am grateful for Heather-Lee’s support and wisdom throughout this process. Moreover, her approach has helped me grow by inspiring and guiding me to face my emotions with courage and confidence, which allows me to feel lighter and freer.
